On Sunday, April 14th, “Trans Arte”, a unique photography and charcoal drawing workshop designed for the LGBTQ community, will be held at the Centro Cultural Barco de Papel. This event, promoted by Materials for the Art, Flushing Town Hall, Citizens Committee for New York City, and Centro Cultural Barco de Papel, will provide a safe and inclusive space for creative exploration and expression.
Instructors:
- Joana Toro (Colombia): A talented photographer whose work often focuses on portraiture and capturing the essence of human emotion.
- Juan Jimenez (Colombia): A versatile creative artist skilled in various mediums, including charcoal drawing, known for his expressive and evocative style.
